If you choose to continue, we’ll set up a follow-up session and begin our therapeutic process. I recommend meeting with clients at least once a week or every other week to maintain consistent progress in addressing needs. As you achieve your treatment goals, we’ll gradually reduce the frequency of our sessions, easing you out of the therapy process.
