My Therapeutic Style is not based on only one single approach – is a mix of Psychodynamic therapy, Person Centered, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neurobiological approach.
Psychodynamic therapy explores the roots of past childhood experiences, Person centered is based on respecting client’s unique narrative journey empathetically without judgment. Solution Focus is based on results and progress actively. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy where we work on identifying and reframing negative thoughts and Neurobiological approach is the understanding of the brain chemistry on psychological responses and overall well-being.
Learning to recognize the connection of physical responses to possible emotional response .
This means, my therapeutic style approach helps my client understand themselves on a deeper level and create their own unique interventions tool of techniques through the process of their therapy treatment in order to achieve their treatment goals successfully.
For those who desire, I also incorporate faith-based perspectives, like Christian counseling, into our sessions. This holistic approach ensures that therapy aligns with your personal beliefs and values.
