This resilience is a testament to the strengths you already possess, which can be pivotal in overcoming anxiety that interferes in your personal life , work and community.
In our sessions, you would also be able to track your progress through therapeutic assignments and questionnaires that have been clinically proven to have a better relationship on how to manage anxiety symptoms.For example, Exposure Therapy , CBT and Mindfulness exercises.
