There’s a distinct difference between the groups and workshops I offer:

Groups: These are more like supportive gatherings on a weekly basis for an 8 weeks to 12 weeks approach where individuals can share experiences and process their feelings in a safe, empathetic environment. It’s an opportunity to learn from each other and feel supported by peers going through similar situations.

Workshops: Workshops are hands-on and interactive for one day only . They often involve creative methods like arts and crafts, making the learning process engaging and memorable. Participants not only learn about a specific topic but also leave with tangible reminders or tools that help in retaining and applying the knowledge gained.
