If you’re ready to embrace significant changes and build the life you desire, I am here to guide and support you. Healing is a timeless process, and it’s never too late to start. We’ll explore and address suppressed emotions that may be hindering your path to inner peace. This process of healing is an ongoing process, it takes time, patience, vulnerability to self-reflect; which is necessary to make new and exciting changes in your life to start the process of healing and flourishing.
Whether you’re facing Anxiety, Depression, Trauma or challenges with life’s transitions, you have a place here to overcome and flourish.
Why the name flourishing with Maggie?
The name reflects honoring change and growth while processing pain and imperfections. I believe that when we let ourselves become vulnerable to speak up and reach out for help, the process of flourishing begins to unfold with self-love, grace, compassion, and patience, to understand yourself as whole. The families I have worked have accomplished their treatment goals successfully by having a better relationship with Pain and Imperfections that makes them flourish in their own unique way.
How can we get start working Together?
Our journey together starts with a complimentary phone consultation and an intake session. During this initial phase, we discuss what motivated you to seek therapy, while acknowledging the feelings and challenges you’ve been facing. It’s an important step to ensure I am the therapist who can best guide you through your emotions and thoughts. In the intake session, I focus on understanding your symptoms and gather key details about your medical and family history, which is essential for a comprehensive understanding of your personal story. If you choose to continue, we’ll set up a follow-up session and begin our therapeutic process. I recommend meeting with clients at least once a week or every other week to maintain consistent progress in addressing needs. As you achieve your treatment goals, we’ll gradually reduce the frequency of our sessions, easing you out of the therapy process.
